Produced by Keith Cleversley (Hum, Spiritualized, Flaming Lips), Aerial Love Feed has been opening for Polak (ex-Adorable) and Guided By Voices. Be the first to own this CD before they become big!!

ARGENTINA

1. National Anthem
2. My Bathtub's An Ocean
3.
Question Answers
4.
Miami
5. Twin Tower

The trio's first EP would bring to mind Mogwai's and Sonic Youth's instrumental outing (only "Question Answers" has vocals). All five tracks may sound nonchalant at times but nonetheless possess a sad yet somehow optimist tinge that would allure. Buy it!

6. Beautiful In White

Broken Ways (Album Version)

Walls of guitars (reminiscent of Hum, Ride, Drop Ninteens) might be the term to describe this CD. Armed with hummable melodies and a sense of playfulness, "When The Mirror Breaks" is nonetheless a CD that's ready to wake up your folks (and maybe even rock their world). And they're Americans!

THE STRATFORD 4:
THE REVOLT AGAINST TIRED NOISES

1. Hydroplane
2.
Autopilot
3. Window Open
4.
Drive Asleep

This San Francisco quartet's music is a cross between Yo La Tango, Catherine, Ride and with a style of their own. From the jangly yet psychedelic opener of "Hydroplane" to the smooth sailing closer of "Drive Asleep", sung by vocalist/guitarist, Chris, and sometimes backed up by drummer, Andrea, this is one CD that obviously lives up to its title.

VAPORTRAIL: EP

1. Marbles In The Sky
2. Unfold
3.
Live Slowly
4. Going Under
5.
Wallflower (Hidden Track)

Another outfit from San Francisco, their music is not unlike Slowdive, Red House Painters
(Anthony Koutsos, drummer of Red House Painters played on this CD), Idaho. Roger Anderson's regretful yet peaceful voice, presents a nostalgia, backed by nuance atmospheric guitars. The lyrics are not difficult to decipher; they're often about trivial matters that no one tries to fathom anymore.

All CDs except for Me And Jeremy's and The Stratford 4's are S$12. "Mayday Mayday" is $18 while "The Revolt Against Tired Noises" is $15. Yes yes, that's a bit pricey for an EP but it comes in a really neat (and i mean NEAT) box packaging and along with some stickers. Don't hesitate.
And postage is between a dollar to two, how cool is that?
